Shipping Policy

Order Processing

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
    • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:
    1. Economy Shipping – UPS Ground (5-8 business days)
    2. Standard Shipping – UPS 3 Day Select® (3-5 business days)
    3. 2nd Day – UPS 2nd Day Air
    4. Next Day – UPS Next Day Air
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the continental U.S. excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Online orders to U.S. territories and international destinations, including Canada, are not available at this time. If you would like to place an order to Alaska, Hawaii, or an international location, please contact us by email (support@100sego.com).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
    • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
